We do deliver Australia-Wide and provided your items are in stock, delivery lead times will be as follows:

*Note that the above lead times quoted are in business days and deliveries to Capital Cities only. However, if you live in a remote area, you should consider 5-10 additional days for the items to reach you.
*Delivery lead time is calculated from the point of collection. Goods are collected once a week. Please allow additional 1-5 working days for total lead time.
Although we do endeavour to provide you with a fast delivery service, please be aware that your location and order size will also impact on the speed of delivery. And whilst the company strives to provide you with the best customer service by providing the best delivery update, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third party courier company.
All furniture, stone and fragile items will be delivered by white glove service. We subsidise this premium extra as we aim to provide the best experience and delivery service to all our customers.
Other small items and objects, we usually estimate all delivery costs based on ground floor/front door basis, unless stated otherwise.
Our logistics partner will arrange a time for delivery with you, where you can make specific delivery arrangements if you will not be home to accept delivery, such as a delivery to a neighbour or office. You could also be comfortable in such a case to have your order left at your front door, however note that, whilst this option is available to facilitate and accommodate you with delivery, we take no responsibility for missing goods.
All deliveries take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm and because some deliveries might involve valuable goods, our couriers are entitled to produce a proof of delivery.
How can I track my order?
For in stock items: Once an order is placed, our logistics partner will call you to arrange an appropriate time for delivery. Live on-board tracking of the delivery driver will then be activated on the day of delivery.
For pre-order and custom items: Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, the above will apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In stock items: Our logistics partner will endeavour to ship items out within 2 business days. All white glove deliveries will be contacted to arrange an appropriate time for delivery.
Custom orders or pre-orders: The estimated shipping time in Australia for furniture items is currently 10-12 weeks.
We endeavour to have items produced quite quickly to reduce your wait time, however, the current shipping crisis means that a lot of the 10-12 weeks is spent in transit and completely out of our control.
How do I know the delivery cost for my order?
Due to the difference in the size of products, delivery cost may vary. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
All furniture items are delivered with white glove delivery service, which includes delivery into doors, assembly and rubbish removal.
Please note that fform reserves the right to revise the freight cost calculated by the system if there are any errors or if there was an increase in the freight costs by the courier companies.
