Changes and cancellations
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to make any changes or cancel your order. After that window, your piece enters production and we're unable to make amendments.
Refunds and exchanges
As all pieces are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations outside of the 24-hour window. We stand behind the quality of everything we make - if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Damaged on arrival
All deliveries are insured. Please inspect your piece on arrival and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item. Claims made outside this window cannot be processed.
