We don't have a physical showroom, but every piece on our website is photographed in detail with accurate dimensions and material descriptions. If you'd like help choosing a fabric, finish or size, we'd love to hear from you - reach out via email or DM and we'll guide you through it personally.

Our images, including 3D renders and styled photography, are for illustration only. Every piece is made by hand from natural materials, so colour, grain, veining, texture, finish and size may vary, and screens show colour differently. Props and styling aren't included unless listed. If a colour or finish matters to you, order swatches or ask us for photos of the actual material before you buy.

Because everything is made to order, we'll keep you updated at each stage - when production begins, when your piece leaves our facility, and when it arrives at our Australian warehouse. Once it's with our local delivery partner, you'll receive live tracking on delivery day.

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering. Tell us within 24 hours and we can change your order, or cancel it for a full refund. To meet your lead time, your piece usually goes into production within 24 hours, so changes after that may not be possible. If you need to cancel once production has started, we'll refund what you've paid less the costs already put into your order, such as materials and work completed, and show you how we got there.

Every fform piece is made to order, just for you. Allow 10 to 12 weeks for your piece to be made and arrive at our warehouse. Once it's checked, we'll be in touch to book delivery, which takes approximately 2 weeks. Heavy and bulky pieces, and deliveries to regional and remote areas, may take longer. We'll confirm your timeline when you order and keep you posted along the way. See Delivery.

Take a good look once it's unwrapped and let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. Email hello@fform.life with your order number, a photo of the whole piece, two close-ups of the damage and a photo of the packaging if it was damaged. We cover the reasonable cost of collecting, returning or repairing a faulty piece, and reporting later doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See Returns & Refunds.

Your piece is made for you, so we can't take it back for a change of mind after the first 24 hours. If it's faulty or not as described, you're covered: for a major fault you choose a replacement or a refund, and for a minor fault we'll repair, replace or refund it. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Sale pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. See Returns & Refunds.

Up to 5 years structural warranty. Indoor pieces are covered for 5 years on structure and 2 years on materials and workmanship. Outdoor pieces are covered for 2 years on structure and 1 year on materials and workmanship. Both periods start from the day your piece is delivered and apply to residential use in Australia, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See Warranty.

Wood is a living material. Every piece of solid hardwood and natural timber veneer we use carries its own grain, veining and colour variation - no two pieces are identical, and that's exactly the point. Natural movement, expansion and contraction with changes in temperature and humidity is normal and expected. Minor shifts over time are a characteristic of the material, not a defect. We use no man-made composites or substitutes - only real timber, with all the beauty and individuality that comes with it. We recommend keeping timber pieces away from direct heat sources and excess moisture to preserve their finish and form.

Stone is one of nature's most individual materials. Veining, colour variation, pitting and surface movement are inherent characteristics of natural stone - each piece is entirely unique and will differ from photography. These are not imperfections; they are what makes the material what it is. Stone surfaces can be susceptible to scratching, staining and chipping if not properly cared for. Avoid harsh chemicals, acidic substances and abrasive cleaners. Use coasters and placemats on stone table surfaces and clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Some of our pieces - including glass, stone and select finishes - require additional care during use and handling. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and retain all original packaging until you are satisfied with your piece. Do not attempt to move or assemble large items alone. fform takes no responsibility for damage caused by improper handling, installation or use outside of our care guidelines.

All of our products are made to order - there is no stock sitting in a warehouse. Simply place your order and we'll begin production. If a product isn't showing as available, contact us directly and we'll let you know lead times.

Delivery is calculated at checkout, based on your address, your order and the delivery option you choose: standard delivery to your front door or garage, or white glove delivery into the room of your choice, unpacked, lightly assembled and with the packaging taken away. For larger or regional deliveries, we may confirm the final cost with you before dispatch. See Delivery.

Warehouse pickups aren't available. All orders are delivered directly to your door.
